A message from the founder

I created Clarity Bridge after seeing first-hand how confusing, overwhelming and isolating healthcare can become, not only for patients, but also for the family members and carers trying to support them.

I have worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. In that time, I have seen how easily people can feel lost among unfamiliar terminology, appointment letters, medication information and difficult decisions.

Clarity Bridge brings together that professional experience with a simple belief: people should be able to understand the information affecting their health and care.

Today, Clarity Bridge is developing publications, downloadable resources, podcasts and digital tools to make healthcare information feel clearer and more manageable. It is also the creator of Nobody's Listening, a conversational web-based app being developed to help people understand healthcare letters, medication information and practical next steps in plain English.
